Continuing our newfound love affair with Peru, we bring you this washed coffee from Yris de la Cruz’s family farm, Finca Los Naranjos.

Now roasted to sing on both espresso or filter brew methods, look forward to sweet vanilla and buttery almond notes that leave you aching for more after each pour.

Producer Background:

While the climate in Pasco typically rules out the region for speciality coffee production, Yris' farm sits on the slopes of the Andes, where high altitudes enable her team to harvest exceptionally high-quality arabica.

We love that Yris has a strong green and environmental agenda. Passionate about sustainable coffee production, Finca Los Naranjos uses beehives for pollination and plants indigenous trees to mitigate soil erosion and maintain essential water sources.
