We get our coffee beans from here almost exclusively and they are always great quality. I really love that we have the option to bring reusable containers to transport the beans home too.

Popped in for some coffee for my espresso machine as my grinder had packed up. Great service and AMAZING tasting Indigo mountain Myanmar ground perfectly for espresso. Will be back for sure for my coffee beans in the future.

Fantastic tasting coffee beans. Have tried their Colombian Aguas Claras, as well as the Brazilian and their special Christmas blend. Great service, delivered quickly and at a good price.

Great little insight into both the coffee process and how to get the best out of the beans with a variety of filter methods, great independent roastery 👍

Amazing coffee and fantastic staff. Always had incredible service, love the little personal touch with every order!

About this coffee

Our Popayán coffee comes from Colombia’s Cauca region, where it's grown at 1,700 metres above sea level in ideal coffee-growing conditions. Comforting yet bright, it strikes the perfect balance of sweetness and citrus, making it an absolute dream for cold brew.

We've already weighed and ground it to the perfect size for cold brew, so there's no faffing about. Just bosh it into a jug with water, pop it in the fridge, filter, and enjoy. Easy!

Expect a refreshing cup with vibrant citrus notes, a silky smooth body, and a naturally sweet finish. Pour it over ice for the ultimate summer refresher, or enjoy it straight from the fridge to savour its full body and sweetness. Want to take it up a notch? Add a slice of lemon to make those zesty citrus flavours really pop.

Serves 4 (no ice) or 8 (with ice)

The Day Before

  1. Tip the contents of the sachet into a jug or container.
  2. Pour over 2L of cold, filtered water and give it a gentle stir so all the coffee is nicely saturated.
  3. Pop on a lid (or cover it), then leave it to brew in the fridge overnight (12–16 hours.)

The Next Morning

  1. Pour the cold brew through a sieve to catch the larger coffee grounds.
  2. Then filter it through a paper filter until it's nice and clear- we like using a V60 for this.
  3. If needed, swap the filter paper and repeat until your cold brew is beautifully clean and smooth.

Once it's filtered, keep it in the fridge and serve over ice for the ultimate refreshing drink
