We get our coffee beans from here almost exclusively and they are always great quality. I really love that we have the option to bring reusable containers to transport the beans home too.

Popped in for some coffee for my espresso machine as my grinder had packed up. Great service and AMAZING tasting Indigo mountain Myanmar ground perfectly for espresso. Will be back for sure for my coffee beans in the future.

Fantastic tasting coffee beans. Have tried their Colombian Aguas Claras, as well as the Brazilian and their special Christmas blend. Great service, delivered quickly and at a good price.

Great little insight into both the coffee process and how to get the best out of the beans with a variety of filter methods, great independent roastery 👍

Amazing coffee and fantastic staff. Always had incredible service, love the little personal touch with every order!

About this coffee

It’s taken some serious restraint to keep this one under wraps!

Each Blend Friends release seems to get bigger and better, and for our latest Bristol Coffee Festival collaboration, we knew we had to bring you something special.

If you haven’t heard of Clifton Coffee by now, where have you been?!

A true cornerstone of Bristol’s specialty coffee scene, they’ve built a reputation for thoughtful sourcing, exceptional quality, and some of the best coffee the city has to offer. They're also one of the loveliest teams you could hope to work with.

Release No. 11 brings together a delightful 50/50 blend of two standout coffees. From Clifton, we’ve got an exceptional washed thermal shock Colombian from Finca Las Flores, produced by Jhoan Vergara. A clean, complex cup with bright herbal notes and a mojito-like character.

Alongside it sits our El Matazano, an anaerobically processed lot from Elvin Castillo in La Paz, Honduras. Bursting with juicy purple berry sweetness, it perfectly complements the vibrancy and complexity of the Colombian.

Trust us- this one won’t be around for long.
