011 we dropped some juice

We've been quietly tinkering away on a bunch of roast profiles for the first of two Nicaraguan coffees that we'll be putting out into the world this year.

This Nicaraguan Mozonte was all about strawberries on the cupping table and that's what we've been searching for. Thankfully we've found it.

With milk this coffee is tasting like strawberry pie, doused in vanilla cream - it is bloody gorgeous. It's also pretty special on filter. We can't wait to get it on the bar in Wayland's soon and hope that anyone out there who's sipping on this is getting as much joy from it as we are.
