Our fifth and newest addition to our collaborative Blend Friends series, is the bad boy of Belfast- Lucid Coffee Roasters.

We've always admired Stephen's award winning talent with roasting coffee, and to be able to work together for this particular release is a dream come true.

Bringing together our Honey-processed Colombian and Lucid's Washed Mexican, it's the ultimate spring time joy.

Expect a juicy sweetness, fresh and crisp acidity with a smooth finish. A complex cup that keeps evolving as it cools.

Back in 2022, we launched our blended coffee series - Blend Friends.

This collaborative series gets us out of our comfort zone, which is usually the place where great things happen. 

Not only does it give us the opportunity to work with and learn from fellow legends in the coffee game, but we can break down those unspoken barriers that tend to grow in the industry.

More about Lucid Coffee Roasters:  

Founded in 2021 by Stephen Houston, a well known coffee professional, a person who enjoys learning, advising on and producing some of the best coffees in the world.

He began Lucid with the goal of breaking down barriers between consumer and producer, to be open and transparent with every part of the business, to express clearly what the producers wanted to do with their coffee through roasting and brewing.

Not to mention that he has won numerous awards for his talent in brewing and roasting coffee.
