About this coffee

Karambo is a coffee station dedicated to enhancing cup quality, refining processing techniques, and optimizing overall operations. These improvements ultimately increase profitability for the producers who supply cherries to the station. Located in the northeastern district of Muyinga, Burundi, these producers grow coffee at elevations ranging from 1,500 to 1,700 MASL. The region offers ideal conditions for drying coffee, with abundant sunshine and relatively predictable rainfall. In recent years, Muyinga has gained a growing reputation for producing exceptional quality coffee.
