We started this roastery for many reasons, but the most important one for me was to see our team learn, grow, develop and continue to be awesome.

I just want to take a moment to say a huge congratulations to Beth who's recently started roasting a huge chunk of the coffees you'll have been sipping on.

And I think it's safe to say she's doing an awesome job.

Beth has been patiently waiting to learn to roast, she has literally hand packed tonnes of coffee, often in the freezing cold and she's never stopped smiling. So, it's been brilliant to see her learning this new skill.

A huge thanks also to Katja and Rama who've been so supportive in helping her start this journey into learning the dark art of coffee roasting.

We're a team here and when we come together cool stuff happens.

Happy weekend all.

Stay easy,
